These are the simple rules for using Shop Manager. By logging in with an access code you agree to them.
The service
Shop Manager is an inventory, sales and expenses app that works on your phone, with a separate login for staff. Each shop gets its own spreadsheet and access codes.
Price and payment
- Setup: ₦30,000 once. Monthly fee: ₦15,000.
- Launch offer: the first 5 shops get 1 month free and no setup fee.
- The monthly fee is paid in advance. If a shop is not renewed by its "paid until" date, access is locked until payment is made. Your data is kept so you can pick up where you left off.
Your responsibilities
- Keep access codes private and give staff only the staff code.
- Enter true and lawful records. You are responsible for what you and your staff enter, including any customer details.
- You are responsible for what your staff do with their login, and for your own phone, network and backups.
- Use the service only for lawful business. You are responsible for your own taxes, receipts and legal duties to your customers and staff.
- Do not try to break into, overload, or copy the service.
Free month and refunds
The free month (for the first 5 shops) ends automatically and is not a promise of continued free use. Fees already paid are not refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing, or the law requires it.
Your data
Your shop records belong to you. You can download them any time from Settings. If you leave, ask us and we will hand over or delete your sheet. See our Privacy page for how information is handled.
Staying available
We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. It depends on services such as Google and Vercel. Keep your own backups, and check totals that matter before you act on them. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises about results. The Assistant gives AI-generated answers that can be wrong. Do not rely on it alone for money, tax or legal decisions.
Limits of our responsibility
Shop Manager is a record-keeping tool, not accounting, tax or legal advice. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost sales, lost profit or indirect loss from using or not being able to use the service. Our total responsibility is limited to the fees you paid in the last month. You agree to cover us for claims that come from records you enter, from misuse of your access codes, or from your breaking these terms or the law. Nothing here removes rights the law does not allow us to remove.
Ending the service
You can stop at any time by telling us. We may suspend or end access for non-payment, misuse or risk to other shops. After the account ends we keep your sheet for a reasonable time so you can collect it, then delete it.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. We will first try to settle any disagreement by talking; if that fails, the courts of Nigeria decide it. If a part of these terms is not valid, the rest still applies.
