Shop Manager lets a small shop track its stock, sales, expenses and profit from a phone, with every record saved to the shop's own Google Sheet.

What it does

It is built for shops that sell whole items: provisions, cosmetics, phone accessories, pharmacies, pet stores and similar.

Sales: log each sale in seconds. Pick the product with a search box, enter how many, and how the customer paid.
Stock: stock goes down by itself with every sale. You see what is running low.
Profit: see today's sales, expenses and profit on one screen.
Expenses: record rent, transport, wages and other spending.
Staff access: your sales staff get their own code. They can sell, but cannot see your cost prices or profit.
Discount limit: set the most a staff member can take off a price.
Credit: keep track of customers who owe you and what they have paid.
More than one shop or a warehouse: see the stock at each place and move stock between them.
Packs: sell by the carton and by the piece, for example eggs by the crate and single eggs.
Your records stay yours: everything is saved in your own Google Sheet, which you can open any time.

It works in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen like an app. No app store download needed.
